-You will receive a detailed response to your individual situation almost immediately. I have over 6 years experience eating all-raw, and several years eating all fruit. Before that, I have had several years of transitioning as a Vegan and as a Vegetarian.

-I am here to support YOU on your healthy eating and living spectrum. Even the master who is near the mountain summit and the novice climber at the base of the mountain both have the same task: to put one foot directly in front of where they are NOW. Does one person have it any easier than the other?

-The first thing is to realize that there are no raw food police! There is no one waiting to condemn you for doing the wrong thing! Long after the people that have oppressed us are gone, we carry that programming out....without them even being there! LOL. Do not listen to what some 'guru', or even your own brain is telling you!

-Just like in exercise, the key is to start just where you are comfortable now, and stretch beyond that. Start at a level where you are VERY comfortable with right now – and stretch perhaps 1-2% per week. Break things into as SMALL chunks as possible. Do what you are PREPARED and MOTIVATED to do on a daily basis. Set very small goals and keep them. Make sure there are definite time frames associated with those goals. But do not even set goals unless you are prepared to do whatever it takes in very small doses every day – for the rest of your life. Doing the right thing is something that you should be ready to do forever. If not, go back and examine what you really think is right.

-If you are having trouble meeting your goals, you are making your goals too big. Be HONEST with where you are and what you are PREPARED to do. Blessings and strength to you in YOUR goals!
