A Sample Daily Menu:

 

1)     Breakfast: 1 glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice. ½ Canteloupe.

2)     Snack: ½ lb of fresh grapes

3)     Lunch: Pre-prepared mixed greens salad (the darker the better). Topped with raw walnuts, almonds or sunflower seeds. Dressed with fresh lemon juice and garlic dressing – or pureed carrot ginger dressing.

4)     Snack: 2 bananas, or 3 pears, a 4 apples

5)     Dinner: Either a small watermelon or papaya, or veggie wraps (a fresh romaine lettuce leaf stuffed with shredded greens, julienned vegetables (like radish, sweet green pepper, carrot, etc.) Top with sprouts, raw sunflower seeds, and fresh made salsa! Eat like a burrito!

6)     Dessert: A fresh fruit smoothie – nicely chilled.
